Education of the whole person — spirit, mind & body.
Rockhill Lower & Upper Primary School was founded on a simple but radical conviction: a child is not a test score. Every learner deserves an education that forms their whole personhood.
Founded for the whole child.
Rockhill began with a small group of families and educators who shared a conviction that mainstream schooling was leaving something essential out. Children were being measured by what they could memorise and reproduce — and being formed in everything but what mattered most.
Our founders set out to build a different kind of school: one where the spiritual life of a child was treated with the same seriousness as their academics, and where the body — the way children move, rest, play, and grow — was honoured as part of how God designed them to learn.
That founding vision is captured in the words that have circled our crest from the very beginning: Education of the whole person — spirit, mind & body. It is not a slogan. It is the standard we measure every classroom, chapel, field, and conversation against.
Today, Rockhill Lower & Upper Primary School is a thriving Christ-centred community of curious learners, devoted teachers, and partnering families — still holding fast to the conviction that started it all.

Education of the whole person
Spirit · Mind · Body
Three dimensions. One child.
Every part of life at Rockhill is intentionally designed around three formative dimensions. We refuse to develop one at the cost of the others.
Spirit
Daily devotions, chapel, and biblical formation that root every child in faith, identity, and purpose.
Mind
Rigorous academics that cultivate curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.
Body
Sports, movement, and healthy rhythms that honour the body as a gift to be stewarded with discipline and joy.
Partnering with families to educate the whole person — spirit, mind, and body — for the glory of God and the good of others.
A community of graduates who think biblically, serve sacrificially, and lead courageously in every sphere of life.
Christ-centred formation, rigorous academics, and a culture of belonging from the lower years through the upper primary.
